Unopened Merchandise: We will be more than happy to return unopened merchandise postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Please print out the return label provided to you when placing your order and ship the product back to us for a full refund. Your refund will not include any shipping costs.

Opened Merchandise: Due to the nature of this product, and potential biological hazards, we do not accept returns on any merchandise whereby the packaging has been opened or tampered with. Azzbackwards.com reserves the right to inspect the returned packaging to insure it has not been opened or altered in any way. If the returned product has been deemed to have been opened, we will contact you and offer to return the item to you. If you decide to accept this return, you will be charged a normal priority mail shipping fee.

All refunds will be processed upon acceptance and inspection of the returned item. Refunds may take up to 10 - 14 days depending upon processing time.
